フランスより入荷しました、フランス法典と民法・軍法についての古書です。1922年のお品。

表紙には天秤を持った女性が、裏表紙には天秤と本、剣が中央に描かれており、まさに法律書のデザインです。
赤色ボールペンでの書き込みがところどころに見られます。また、上部の端に折り目がつけられているページもあり、懸命に法の勉学に励んでいた方の姿が想像できますね。

こぶりなサイズですが、自立するほど分厚く存在感があります。
かなり使い込まれており、表紙はハードカバーですが折り目やダメージ、シミなどが見られます。中のページもうっすらと茶色く焼けており、古い紙の良い雰囲気が楽しめます。

閉じた状態と開いた状態、どちらも良いディスプレイができそうです。
規則的に並ぶ印刷された文字も素敵で、アクセサリーなど小さな小物などの撮影にもお使いいただけそうです。
