フランスより入荷しました、1553年創業 Cousances(クーザンス)社製のトリベット(鉄製の鍋敷き)です。
北フランスのロレーヌ地方で創業した長い歴史を持つ鋳鉄メーカーですが、1957年にル・クルーゼに買収されました。
裏面には「MADE IN FRANCE COUSANCES」とエンボスが入っています。

コレクターも多いクーザンスブランドの真っ赤な鍋敷き。キッチンインテリアのアクセントにいかがでしょうか。
