フランスにて買付しました。

美しいスミレとピンクのお花の手書きの絵が、バランスよく見事に描かれたモシュリンヌの小さな木箱。
中をあけると真っ赤なクッションが箱の内側に付けられており、豪華な印象。

モシュリンヌとは、スコットランドの小さな村の名で、19世紀初頭、お土産用にすずかげの木（少なくなってからはオリーブの木）で丁寧に作られた木製の小物はモシュリンヌウエアと呼ばれ、フランスのニースで売られていました。
1933年以降作られておらず、希少価値が高くコレクターも多いアイテムとなっています。

細かな傷、シミ、ヒビがございます。鍵穴はございますが鍵はかかりません。写真にて状態ご確認ください。
