フランスより入荷しました、ケーキなど焼き菓子を挟むためのトングです。
19世紀末〜20世紀初頭頃の優美なアール・ヌーヴォー様式を思わせる、アンティークのペストリートング。鈍く輝く古い金属の質感が独特のオーラを放っています。

片側はケーキやタルトを安定して乗せられる広いサーバープレート、もう片側は上から優しく押さえるフォーク状の作りになっており、ハサミのように片手でスマートに取り分けることができます。
プレート部分全面に施された繊細な草花文様のレリーフや、持ち手のリング部分にまで及ぶ細やかな装飾が非常に美しく、テーブルを華やかに彩ってくれます。
ケーキや焼き菓子、パイやサンドイッチなどを取り分ける実用としてはもちろん、ティータイムのディスプレイや撮影小物としても存在感抜群のひと品です。
